1959 Buick LeSabre

Granny drove into an alfalfa field, then they wouldn't let her drive anymore; at least this is the best we can piece together the last 10 years history of this beautiful car. Car was sitting in the driveway of a house in South Dakota for some years before current owner bought the house 5 years ago. Family had left the car with the house.

The underside of the car was full of grass/wheat and weeds caught in the frame cross members. Notice the dent in the passenger rocker; the the muffler had been torn off at the tailpipe with minor dent to underside of rear quarter, but the exhaust and the muffler have now been replaced. Car was then driven in the neighborhood once in a while for the past 5 years, never licensed. Owner was moving out of state and could not take the car with him.

WHAT A TRUE ORIGINAL CAR!! Original paint buffed out good on the sides but the top, hood and trunk were a little too sun-baked to have any real shine, but still look good, no major scratches, absolutely no damage other than shown in the pictures.

4 Door Sedan, Series 4400, 364 Cid V8, 2Bbl Carb, Dynaflow Transmission, Original Paint Now A Little Thin On Hood And Trunk With Minor Surface Rust On Roof From Sitting In The Driveway For Years, Excellent Original Interior Except Carpet Shows Its Age, Odometer Works & Shows 87,080 And Appears To Be Original Mileage, But Speedometer Doesn’T Work, Which Is Common.
